- What is Substation's bag policy?
- If your bag is over 8", it must be clear. CamelBaks, backpacks, and luggage are not allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
- What is Substation's ID policy?

All guests must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID
to enter, regardless of age.
Accepted forms of ID:
- Valid driver's license from any US state or Canadian province
- Valid US or foreign passport
- Valid US military ID
- Permanent resident card
Invalid identification:
- School IDs
- Library cards
- Birth certificates
- Photos of IDs on a phone
Note: Temporary paper IDs are accepted with another form of photo ID
- Can I bring in food or drink?
- Food, as well as small personal snacks, are allowed into the venue. Liquids are not allowed, and you will be asked to finish your drink or discard of it before entering. Empty water bottles are allowed. If we see you with alcohol anywhere outside the venue, you will not be let in.
- Can I bring in my digital camera?
- Phone cameras are allowed, but flash photography is prohibited. Any other cameras need to have prior approval.
- Is there parking available?
- Parking around the venue is limited to street parking in the neighborhoods nearby. We advise carpooling, using public transportation, or using a rideshare service to get to the venue with ease.
- Do you offer table service?
- We do not offer table service. There are seating areas throughout the venue.
- Can I smoke inside the venue?
- No, smoking and vaping inside the venue are not allowed. Vapes are allowed on the outdoor patio deck.
- I lost something - what do I do now?
- Please reach out to info@substationseattle.com or message us on Facebook Messenger with your name, the show you attended, and the item details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
